Melbourne-based singer-songwriter Charlie Lane does a fine line in bittersweet indie-pop.

Opening with an irresistible riff and steady back beat, the laid-back musical vibes swell as the song progresses and joined by a gorgeous trumpet line, a touch of brass giving proceedings a triumphant lift.
