Having released a slew of stellar singles over the past 12 months or so, By The Sea‘s forthcoming debut album has become quite easily one of my most eagerly awaited records of the year.

The Wirral 6-piece’s album, recorded with Bill Ryder-Jones, is done and dusted and expected sometime in October. October may be some while off but fear not, By The Sea have released a sparkling video for their latest single ‘Dream Waters’. It is the perfect partner for this beautiful song which slowly builds through a glistening haze of breezy washed-out sounds.

‘Dream Waters’ is released via The Great Pop Supplement on 10 September with By The Sea playing Liverpool’s The Kazimier on 31 August.
