Pendulum are without doubt one of the best live acts around at the moment and completely stole the show at the last two Oxegen festivals. No one does heavy metal/drum and bass hybrid better than these guys but the big problem has been transferring the energy of their riotous and explosive live performances to the studio. This might be because they are just so good live, anyway, the first taster of their new album is the single ‘Watercolour’ so you can make up your own mind.
